This Euro-style Chefs Knife is made from AEB-L steel, a fine-grained, high-performance stainless originally conceived from razor blades.
It features a slight brute de forge finish atop its Full Flat ground blade that is nice and fine behind the edge for ease of cutting.
The blade is 180mm, a very versatile length. The construction is classic full tang with stainless steel pins, and a handle made from Desert Ironwood, a very slow growing, hard wood with a rich colour that takes a lovely polish.
